This Privacy Policy explains how Competence Collective LLC, doing business as 1 Shot AI ("1 Shot AI," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit getoneshotai.com (the "Site"), purchase our sleep and wellness products, or enroll in our SMS/text messaging program.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Contact details: name, email address, mailing/shipping address, and phone number.
• Order information: items purchased, order value, payment method (payment card details are processed by our payment processors and are not stored by us), billing and shipping addresses.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program

If you opt in to our text messaging program, we collect and use your mobile phone number and opt-in record to send you the messages described at opt-in and in our SMS Terms (Section 8 of our Terms of Service), such as promotional offers, cart reminders, and order updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get assistance by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf solely to operate and deliver the messaging program (such as our SMS platform provider), or as required by law.

When you opt out, we retain a minimal suppression record of your number so that we do not message you again.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers (processors): companies that perform services on our behalf and only under our instructions — our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping and fulfillment partners, email service provider, SMS/messaging platform provider, and analytics providers.
• Legal requirements: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.

We do not sell your personal information, and, as stated in Section 3, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: order and transaction records for as long as required by tax and commercial law; account data until you delete your account; SMS opt-in and consent records for as long as you are enrolled plus the period needed to demonstrate compliance; and opt-out suppression records for as long as necessary to honor your request. We then delete or anonymize the data.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (for SMS, simply reply STOP; for marketing email, use the unsubscribe link).

• EU/EEA, UK, and Switzerland residents (GDPR): you have the rights listed above, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract (orders), consent (marketing email and SMS), and legitimate interests (site operation, fraud prevention).
• U.S. state residents (including California): you have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
