Welcome to getoneshotai.com (the "Site"), operated by Competence Collective LLC, doing business as 1 Shot AI ("1 Shot AI," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and your purchase of any products offered through it. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or enrolling in our messaging program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us and Our Products

1 Shot AI is an online store offering sleep and wellness products, including sleep masks, cervical pillows, sleepwear, and related accessories (the "Products"). Our Products are general wellness items intended to support comfort and rest. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including sleep disorders. 2. Eligibility

These SMS Terms govern the 1 Shot AI mobile messaging program (the "Program"), operated by Competence Collective LLC d/b/a 1 Shot AI. By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

a. Program description. By enrolling, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g., cart reminders, promotional offers, sale alerts, order confirmations, and shipping updates) from 1 Shot AI at the mobile number you provided at opt-in. Consent may be obtained via our website opt-in form, checkout, or by texting an advertised keyword to our number.

b. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services from us.

c. Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive additional messages related to specific orders you place.

d. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider according to your plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

e. Opting out. You can cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further messages from the Program. g. Supported carriers and carrier liability. The Program is offered on major U.S. carriers and may be available on additional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability.

h. Your obligations. You represent that you are the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the mobile number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old. You agree to notify us and re-enroll if you change or deactivate your mobile number, so that messages are not sent to a number reassigned to someone else.

i. Changes to the Program. We may suspend or terminate the Program, or modify these SMS Terms, at any time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law; your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

j. Privacy. Information collected through the Program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the Program (such as our messaging platform).

9. Intellectual Property
